To maximise the benefits and return you get from our training we provide a range of very cost effective support services. Designed to provide easy access to our 150 years of sales and management experience via email, telephone, web meetings or a combination of these, these services are ideal for sales people who do not have professional selling support, or for the business professional who has to sell as part of their job.

 

Email Support Service

This service is ideal for customers needing help in answering straight forward questions. The service allows up to six questions to be provided and answered. The response time is 24 hours, and the price is £60 plus Value Added Tax.

 

Telephone Support Service

This service is ideal for those customers wishing to discuss an issue in some depth. The service allows for six discreet calls, one topic per call for a maximum duration of 20 minutes.  Calls will be handled when one of our experts is available, normally immediately but not guaranteed. The price is £150 plus Value Added Tax.

 

Flexible Support Services

This package provides a combination of our email and telephone support services. The number of mails/phone calls are not volume based, but are on a time used basis and subject to the response times identified above. The service is available in 3.5 hour packages; the price for 3.5 hours is £250, and £500 for seven hours. All work is done remotely and prices exclude Value Added Tax.


Interactive (Web based) Meeting Service

This service is ideal when interaction is required. e.g. discussing a proposal, brainstorming. or sales planning. Meetings will be scheduled in advance (minimum 24 hours notice and priced at £75 per hour or part thereof plus Value Added Tax.

 

On Site Services

We can provide a range of support and coaching services in your offices, or at a location of your choice. These are available at £550 per day plus out of pocket expenses plus Value Added Tax.

 

 

Our packaged services are charged in advance. The interactive meeting and on site services are charged on completion.
