Refunds Policy

The SalesPulse Academy Limited will give 100%, no questions asked refunds as long as the customer:

  • Notifies us in writing, by email within 10 working days from the date we emailed their Welcome Pack including their eLearning credentials, and
  • They have not accessed the eLearning product to which the Welcome Pack referred, or
  • They are not completely satisfied with the eLearning modules purchased

The refund will apply to eLearning subscriptions purchased on the same order. Refunds will not be given for part used services, or services that were purchased stand alone, or for eLearning modules supplied as part of Auxilium™

All refund requests should be sent to [email protected] and include your name,  date of order and products/services ordered.
